Discovering Klüb, a brilliantly reinterpreted club sandwich.
Klüb in Switzerland
A Reinvented Club Sandwich
A club sandwich specialist, Klüb has arrived in Switzerland. The concept is by Yvan Dsikowski and Bénédict Kugler, two sandwich enthusiasts. Their mission: to create colourful clubs, as visual as they are delicious. The two creators put their heart into offering a unique gourmet experience. Each club sandwich becomes a tasty work, prepared with care and creativity.
Born at the end of the 19th century in the United States, the club sandwich remains a great classic. Its origin is often linked to New York clubs, even if its exact history is still debated. Traditionally, three slices of toasted sandwich bread hold chicken, bacon, tomato and lettuce. Cut into triangles, it is enjoyed at a hotel bar as much as on a picnic. Klüb keeps the spirit of this layered sandwich while shaking up its codes.

An Adventure Born in Geneva
Klüb ; A Concentrate of Gourmet Products
The adventure began as a pop-up in Geneva, before making its way across Switzerland. Several flavours make up the menu, all marked by their originality. The Büf combines pastrami with fresh, crunchy toppings. The Pület relies on chicken and a classic, effective filling. Vegetarian, the Végü proves crunchy and indulgent. The range also includes the Krük, croque-monsieurs revisited in a gourmet way. The menu ends with the Küch, a quiche of the moment depending on the chef’s mood.

A Snack for Every Taste
A Small but Hearty Sandwich
At first glance, the club sandwich is nothing extraordinary. Yet Klüb offers a reinterpretation that sparks curiosity. The menu, illustrated by Panpan_Culcul, already sets the tone. At lunchtime, the tasting clears up all doubts. The two creators manage to build a true gourmet world around this classic. Delicious, the sandwich also proves very filling. Visually, everything is perfect, without a single false note.
The perfectly golden bread brings a pleasant crunch. The generous fillings blend in balance, never masking the flavours. An ideal format for the lunch break, the club sandwich fills you up without weighing you down. Each bite reveals the care taken in choosing the products.

Klüb convinces and well deserves to be recommended, slice after slice. For a sweet note, half a waffle from La Gaufre Manneke perfectly ends the meal. Other addresses for a quick bite: Piquenique (in French) in the Flon and Bagel on The Way (in French) in Lausanne. For a local burger craving, Zoo Burger (in French) also delights Lausanne.
