Breitling Kitchen Geneva ; A Gourmet Moment
Time for tasting, between sharing and creativity. The menu holds a few lovely surprises.
A Culinary and Watchmaking Interlude
The menu proves creative and tasty. As starters, lobster mini brioche, fresh herb yoghurt, warm pita breads and crispy falafels make up a refined ensemble. Served with colourful raw vegetables, the quinoa bowl brings freshness and texture. For dessert, the melting tarte tatin wins you over with its balance, even if the vanilla ice cream stays in the background. An intense, perfectly balanced Negroni accompanies it all.
The evening ends with a visit to the boutique, a true immersion in the house’s watchmaking world. Warm and elegant, the space showcases the iconic watches and the history of the brand. Cuisine, signature cocktails and a breathtaking view of the Rhône make this restaurant one to recommend. Gastronomy, design and Swiss excellence meet here. Just steps away, the Hôtel d’Angleterre afternoon tea (in French) and the Edelweiss (in French) restaurant complete a lovely Geneva getaway.
