À Table en 20 Minutes Chrono ; Tips for Cooking Fast

Cooking quickly starts with good organisation. Taking out all the ingredients before starting saves precious time. Reading the whole recipe avoids unpleasant surprises along the way. A very hot pan and a good knife also make each step easier. Finely cut vegetables cook faster. Finally, preparing some of the ingredients the day before lets you sit down to eat even sooner.

The general public also discovered his colourful world on the show Quotidien, on TMC. The chef had a cooking slot there, with a recipe each time. With his strong personality, he knows how to capture viewers and take them into his world. His very complete website shows his talent and the richness of his ideas. Several cookbooks complete his career. À Table en 20 minutes chrono is one of them: an indulgent, colourful book. Its quick recipes naturally find their place in the kitchen, for a good long while.

The principle of the book is simple: recipes that can be made in twenty minutes, with everyday ingredients. Starters, mains and desserts follow one another page after page. The clear, concise steps make each recipe accessible, even to beginner cooks. The colourful photos immediately make you want to get behind the stove. An ideal ally for busy weeknights, without ever sacrificing taste. Cooking quickly and well finally becomes a real pleasure. Another personality passionate about food, Eva Longoria (in French) also has many gourmet projects.
