In Lausanne, Eat-Me serves international cuisine in small plates. A restaurant that takes you across all five continents.
Eat-Me
World Cuisine in Small Portions
Eat-Me offers an assortment of dishes inspired by international recipes, served in small plates. Each dish embodies a “food memory”, collected while travelling around the world. From the humblest street food to contemporary gastronomy, the menu invites you to discover flavours from elsewhere. The small plates make it possible to explore this diversity of textures, colours, aromas and flavours. And since good food tastes better in good company, they are happily shared at the table.

Discover, Taste, Explore, Savour
Eat-Me ; World Classics Revisited
For each food memory, the chefs go back to the origins and history of the dish. They study its ingredients, flavours and traditional preparation techniques. Drawing on their expertise, they then recreate the recipe with a contemporary touch. The freshest seasonal ingredients complete the whole. The result: an interpretation of a world classic, revived by a personal touch.

Eat-Me ; A Cocktail Bar in the Heart of Lausanne
The Journey Continues in the Glass
The first part of the restaurant houses a friendly bar, ideal for starting the evening. The cocktail menu follows the same common thread as the kitchen: an invitation to travel. Each creation explores flavours from elsewhere, with real mastery. A drink at the counter thus perfectly prepares the palate for the small plates.
Located on rue Pépinet, right in the city centre, Eat-Me is an easy walk from the Flon or Place Saint-François. The area is also perfect for a bar crawl. Right next door, the Lausanne Cocktail Club (in French) extends the evening with seasonal cocktails. The Irish pub McCarthy’s (in French) is also just a few steps away.
Eat-Me ; A Meal for Sharing
The World in Small Plates
Eat-Me is one of the blog’s favourite restaurants in the canton of Vaud, along with Nandanam and Maza (in French). Every time, its doors open onto a frequently renewed menu. Carefully crafted cocktails and a well-curated wine list complete the experience. An evening with friends or a special occasion, the place suits every moment. Eat-Me’s concept matches the blog’s: sharing. Much more than a word, it is a philosophy.
