Fou de Pâtisserie, launched in 2013, is the first French magazine devoted entirely to pastry and pastry chefs.
Fou de Pâtisserie
A Magazine Devoted to Pastry
The vision is clear: to make the recipes of the greatest chefs accessible to everyone. The magazine gets them directly from the chefs, then details and enriches them. From its launch, the bimonthly won over a passionate readership, with nearly 40,000 copies sold. It quickly became the go-to reference in the pastry world. In 2018, a large-format collection brought together forty great chefs and eighty-five iconic recipes. A more compact reissue came out in 2024.

Shops Across Paris
Fou de Pâtisserie ; From Magazine to Shops
Buoyed by this success, the founders were full of ideas to bring their concept to life. Their goal: to bring chefs together and promote the excellence of French craftsmanship. First step: moving from paper to a shop. A single place thus gathers the best of fine pastry, signed by France’s greatest chefs.
Unlike traditional brand shops, Fou de Pâtisserie offers fresh creations every day from the most prestigious Parisian pastry shops. You will also find chocolates, sweets and biscuits made by the country’s finest artisans. In one place, you can enjoy a Mont-Blanc from Angelina or macarons by Pierre Hermé. Not forgetting a fruit tart from Hugo & Victor and the rising talents of tomorrow. Fou de Pâtisserie shops are found in several Paris neighbourhoods, including rue Montorgueil.

The best of pastry for a sweet tooth
A Magazine That Became a Bible
The magazine was discovered by chance, at the local newsagent. Issue 1, displayed in the kiosk window, immediately caught the eye. Bought on the spot! Since then, every new issue is eagerly awaited, every two months. The magazine has become a true bible. The editorial team has also published several special issues over the years. In French-speaking Switzerland, Millefeuille Magazine (in French) also celebrates artisans of taste.

Bringing together the elite of French pastry in a place dedicated to indulgence: the idea is simply brilliant. On a Paris getaway, it was impossible not to try the address. The result is captivating. A visit that calls for more on future trips to the capital. And for a tea break in Paris, head to Nina’s Paris (in French).
