A Shop in the Heart of the City
Located right in the city centre, the shop offers an exquisite range of chocolates, biscuits and pastries made on site. It was created by Antoine Chopin and Arnaud Dousse, who represented Switzerland at the Pastry World Cup. The minimalist decor showcases the products, presented in clear boxes. Croissants, pains au chocolat, canelés, raisin swirls and flans make up an appealing assortment. Carefully selected biscuits and chocolates complete this refined display. A second shop also welcomes food lovers in Pully, near the station.

Classic but Unbeatable Treats
Acarré ; A Setting Designed Down to the Last Detail
The shop was designed with the help of an interior architect. The aim was to showcase the products as well as possible, and it works. As soon as you step in, everything is in sight, and the treats are instantly savoured with the eyes. At the back, the workshop can be glimpsed, revealing the passionate work done on site. A place where you would love to linger.

Flan and Canelé, Two Great Classics
Among the shop’s treats, two classics of French pastry stand out. The flan pâtissier combines a crisp pastry with a vanilla custard, both firm and melting. Originally from Bordeaux, the canelé is recognisable by its fluted shape and caramelised crust. Its soft centre is flavoured with vanilla and rum. Simple in appearance, these recipes nevertheless demand great precision. That is precisely where the pastry chefs’ know-how makes the difference.
Acarré ; Small in Size, Big in Taste
Lausanne constantly reveals new gourmet addresses to discover. From the entrance, every corner of the shop charms the eye and the nose. Then comes the tasting of the flan, without a single false note. Each bite is savoured with great pleasure. A memorable address, to keep in mind and return to with gusto. To extend the discovery, the other chocolate shops in Lausanne (in French) are also worth a visit.
