The Montreux Palace brunch is a gastronomic experience to enjoy at least once in a lifetime.
Montreux Palace Brunch
A Gourmet Rendezvous Facing Lake Geneva
Almost every Sunday of the year, the Montreux Palace offers its famous brunch. It is served from noon to 3 pm, by reservation only. Chef Frédéric Gardette and his brigade create generous, eclectic cuisine. The buffet gathers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Meats, fish, seafood, cheeses, eggs and fresh produce sit side by side. Enough to put together a particularly varied lunch.

Sweet lovers are not forgotten. A dessert buffet, with its chocolate fountain, completes the brunch. Fresh fruit juices and other drinks accompany the various offerings. Each Sunday also holds its share of surprises. A theme regularly enriches the buffet and reveals new specialities. Families appreciate the supervised kids’ corner, for ages 3 to 12.

Note: some themed brunches or special events may have a different price.
A Generous and Varied Selection
The Montreux Palace Brunch Buffet
From the moment you arrive, the buffet catches the eye. The different stations gradually reveal the creations of the palace kitchens. The layout makes it easy to move from one area to another. Each dish has its own identity. Savoury dishes sit alongside desserts, while live cooking sets the rhythm of lunch.

Diversity is one of the great strengths of this brunch. You go from a fresh plate to a hot dish, before ending on a sweet note. The buffet also changes with the Sunday themes. Each visit thus brings new flavours to discover. The setting adds to the pleasure. From the Montreux Palace, Lake Geneva and the Alps offer a panorama of rare elegance.

A Gourmet Break in the Heart of the Riviera
The Montreux Palace Brunch Experience
The Montreux Palace brunch offers a fine gastronomic experience in an iconic setting on the Vaud Riviera. A diverse buffet, dishes made to order and changing themes make each Sunday a discovery. Beyond the food, the palace atmosphere gives the moment real depth. The Belle Époque decor and the lake view invite you to take your time. The quality of the dishes and the variety of the offer fully win you over.

A new edition of the brunch would be a great pleasure to discover. A behind-the-scenes culinary experience, in the heart of the palace kitchens, is also very intriguing. Discovering the teams’ work would nicely extend the experience. In fine weather, the Terrasse du Petit Palais (in French) offers another lovely way to enjoy the palace.
