Flavours Lausanne ; A Coffee Shop near the Station
A stone’s throw from Lausanne station, Flavours is a must. Homemade pastries, croissants from Acarré (in French) and fresh salads delight at any time of day. The specialty coffee, roasted in Etoy by Sweet Bean Coffee, is enjoyed in a warm atmosphere. The Swiss house Le T (in French), based in Gland, provides a fine selection of teas. Matcha, chai, hot chocolate and other indulgent drinks complete the menu. Catering and custom cakes on request are also available. An address to taste and adopt among the cafés of Lausanne (in French).

Crunchy, Indulgent and Homemade
In November 2024, Valérie opened her own address to share her creations and recipes. Indulgent salads and light meals change with the seasons. Layer cakes, cookies, tarts and cheesecakes fill the display. A coffee enthusiast, the founder also takes care over the quality of every drink. The place thus combines quality drinks, refined pastries and gourmet workshops.

Flavours Lausanne ; Gourmet Workshops
Bento cake workshops teach you how to make and decorate a miniature cake. From Korea, the bento cake is a popular trend on social media. A first three-hour formula includes making a molly cake base and Swiss buttercream. A second, two-hour formula focuses on assembly and decoration. Each workshop comes with an aperitif or a tea time. Private sessions are also possible for special events.
Gourmet Cupcake Birthdays
Flavours is also the ideal place to celebrate a birthday. The workshop offers mini cupcake decorating, with popcorn, crisps and refreshing syrups. A two-tier cake is served during these two hours of celebration. Up to ten guests can take part. Flavours takes care of every detail, for a memorable, stress-free party.

Flavours Lausanne ; A Sweet Favourite
Discovered somewhat by chance on social media, the address instantly wins hearts. For lovers of Anglo-Saxon pastry and good coffee, it is hard to dream of better. Everything here speaks of generosity, care and passion. The gentle atmosphere makes the place a true cocoon. The ube latte, made with purple yam, proves a real discovery. A favourite that quickly becomes an essential base near the station.
