An Epicurean Adventure

This adventure began in 2024 in Lausanne’s sous-gare district. Born from a chance meeting, it brings together Nathalie Cruchon and Benjamin Deschamps. Driven by an epicurean and modern vision of local produce, they combine memories from elsewhere with local products. Their first pop-up took the form of a bistronomic table d’hôtes, nestled in the heart of the Domaine Henri Cruchon. To extend the adventure, they then opened their own gourmet counter.

The restaurant showcases local produce, between modernity and authenticity. Each dish tells a story of carefully selected local flavours. The wine and spirits list enriches every meal. The table d’hôtes also hosts exceptional evenings, with unique menus designed to wow the taste buds.

DéCi ; A Living Philosophy in Motion

In Lausanne, bistronomy shines brightly. Well-sourced, well-raised products are the true stars of the house. Delicate creations or whole pieces to share, each dish highlights local flavours. Vaud wines carefully accompany these dishes. Passionate artisans enrich every bite with their know-how. A culinary experience that celebrates Vaud heritage and a love of authentic ingredients.

The table d’hôtes offers an experience still rare in Switzerland. In the evening, guests sit around a single table, and the meal begins after a few exchanges. Two menus are offered, one hunter, the other gatherer. Offering a vegetarian alternative is an excellent initiative. Throughout the evening, the service unfolds like a true choreography. Even without eating meat, the house’s culinary art around game is a pleasure to enjoy.

Sweet finger at the end of the meal

The dishes, refined and indulgent, reveal rare and perfectly mastered cooking. The food and wine pairings, particularly well chosen, would even reconcile the most reluctant with red wine. The final finger, on a delicate sweet note, is a real favourite. To fully enjoy each dish, the meal takes its time. The less patient might find it a little long. The evening nonetheless remains excellent, with an exceptional menu that sets the bar very high. A first experience in this warm place, but certainly not the last. In the neighbourhood, Ta Cave (in French) invites you to extend the evening. For another gourmet counter, Piquenique (in French) is a must in the Flon.
