The one and only Tout Chocolat shop in Vésenaz offers a range of high-end pastries centred on cocoa.
Tout Chocolat Vésenaz ; A Unique Concept
In Vésenaz, on the left bank of Lake Geneva, a singular shop celebrates cocoa in all its forms. This concept, unique in French-speaking Switzerland, combines French pastry and exceptional chocolate.
A Pastry Shop Entirely Devoted to Cocoa
Led by Yohan Coiffard, Tout Chocolat boldly revisits the classics of French pastry. The creations celebrate an exceptional product, rigorously chosen and precisely crafted. Each piece balances refined looks and intense flavours. This high standard recalls the work of chocolate artisans like Orfève or Carrack. Silky textures and rich aromas offer an unforgettable sweet emotion with every bite. More than a tasting, the address offers total immersion between tradition and innovation.

Yohan Coiffard ; A Passionate Pastry Chef
Behind these refined creations is a pastry chef with a prestigious background. His know-how draws on experience in the great Geneva houses.
From Geneva Palaces to the Vésenaz Shop
Yohan Coiffard learned his trade in Geneva’s palace hotels. He worked notably at the Bayview, alongside Michel Roth. The Beau-Rivage, with Dominique Gauthier, is also among his stops. In 2022, he joined the Gourmet Brothers group as pastry chef of the Traiteur. This collaboration led to the opening of Tout Chocolat in Vésenaz in March 2025.
Childhood Memories Revisited
In his open workshop, the chef revisits the classics of French pastry. He elevates exceptional cocoas, such as those from Orfève. His creations draw on childhood memories, like the famous choux. It pays tribute to the éclairs his grandfather gave him in Pornic. A true gourmet temple, the shop combines pastry tradition and innovation.
