In Yverdon, the Songes shop offers an eclectic selection of objects, creations and gift ideas.
Songes Yverdon ; An Independent Concept Store
Since 2014, Camille has run Songes, an independent shop in the heart of Yverdon-les-Bains (in French). The project was born from a happy coincidence, with the takeover of an existing business. This modern concept store gathers a lovely variety of items for the home. Design furniture, decorative objects, stationery, jewellery and accessories share the shelves. A true haven for finding unique gift ideas and delighting your loved ones. The shop’s world reflects a clean, warm Scandinavian style. This aesthetic, dear to its founder, took shape after an inspiring stay in Denmark.

At Songes, big Danish brands sit alongside small makers. HAY, Bloomingville, Madam Stoltz and Hübsch are among the iconic names in the selection. Camille chooses each item carefully and follows the collections season after season. She also works a lot on instinct. Creations by young talents and small, still little-known brands thus find their place. Lights, tableware, textiles and scented candles complete the range. Always looking for original pieces, the shop regularly renews its finds to enhance every interior.
A World for Children
A special selection for children also enriches the offer. Soft toys, clothes and poetic night lights sit alongside the decor. All items are available in the shop and on the e-shop.

Scandinavian design took off in the 1950s, driven by designers such as Arne Jacobsen and Alvar Aalto. It favours clean lines, natural materials and functionality. Light wood, linen and wool play an essential role. In countries with long winters, light and comfort are paramount. This spirit is often summed up by the Danish word hygge, the art of well-being at home.
Songes Yverdon ; The Joy of Giving
During a stroll through the old town, Songes reveals itself as a favourite address. Each carefully selected item creates a warm atmosphere where it is nice to browse. Over 60 m², the careful layout showcases real treasures. It is hard to leave without a little something for yourself or your loved ones. If in doubt, Camille gladly helps you find the perfect gift. An ideal address for those who love giving as much as treating themselves. In Lausanne, La Maison de Manon (in French) also mixes vintage finds and local crafts.
