Nadège Bonzon and Patrick Bovon founded the house in 2014, in a tiny shop in Chailly-sur-Montreux. In 2017, the duo took over the Freddy pastry shop in La Tour-de-Peilz. Patrick, a pastry chef at heart, dreams up the creations, while Nadège brings energy, rigour and new ideas. The house quickly became a reference for food lovers in the region. Each creation reflects a simple aim: to offer authentic, elegant products made with passion.
